I've been going to childrens parties for the past 10 years. By far this was the best birthday party we ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The party was well organized and I only had to worry about having fun. The gifts we bagged and ready to go when we were leaving in addition our party host even offered to bring them to the car (as a gentleman I took them myself). The facility was amazingly clean and the setup was impressive. Thank you to the staff at Bounce N Play for helping make my daughters birthday a fun and pleasurable one. It was worth every penny and I plan to come back.

It was my first time there with my family for a birthday party and they loved it. As a matter of fact I went on all the stuff there and I felt like a kid again it was great. Nevermind the kids not wanting to leave, I didn't want to leave. Great Place!

I had my daughters birthday party with your establishment yesterday 2-13-2010 at 10:45 - 12:45. I am just writing to let you know that the kids and adults had the best time ever!! I think all the grown ups just felt like kids again and you will come highly recommended.

Our first time at bounce n play was January 15. This is the most amazing place that I have ever been to. I have never seen her enjoy herself as much as she did at BOUNCE N PLAY. My daughter Ciara cried as we were leaving the place.

Just a quick message to say "thanks" for doing such a great job with Zachary's party yesterday....I received texts and emails all night from our guests about what a great party it was, how cool the place is and how clean it was. The kids had a fantastic time and the adults left without any headaches! The party hosts were both friendly and professional and should be commended for that. It was the most "stress free" party we ever had for our kids.........you all handled everything for us and it made such a difference from the "other" places we have been.

I really felt as if I needed to express how wonderful your facility is once again. We came to play today (myself, 4 children along with my best friend her two children and her sister). I am VERY impressed. The imaginary playroom was just amazing and suited all of my children who range in age from 8 to 1 year old. The bounce house room was well thought out and I was so happy to see an interactive bounce house for the little ones that really kept their attention. Your staff was absolutely delightful and obviously caring of the children. The facility was colorful and inviting and SO CLEAN.
Honestly you have a one of a kind play place going and I wish you the very best of luck. I wish I could pack you upand bring you back to Buffalo with us! I will be sure to recommend you guys to all of my friends still on Long Island and infact already mentioned you on Facebook. Thank you!!

On June 26th our daughter celebrated her 6th birthday here at Bounce n Play. I cannot explain to you how much fun her and all of her friends had. We had< a large amount of people there approx 24 kids and almost the same amount of adults and everything ran so smoothly. I actually think some of the adults enjoyed themselves just as much as the kids did. Infact I know they did...the karaoke room was a hit to many of the adults. The staff was fabulous and had alot of energy.I heard nothing but great things from all the parents (oh and the kids too).
We look forward to visiting Bounce N Play real soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we wish you the best of luck with your new business! (although you won't need it).

We wanted to let you know that our girls and their friends had a wonderful time during their party at Bounce N Play on Sunday. We couldn’t have been happier with how things went. Since you only opened 2 days before our party we were expecting a few “hiccups” here and there, but everything was absolutely perfect and well organized! Matt, our party organizer, and the rest of your staff were wonderful. They were all very friendly and helpful and had smiles on their faces the entire time. We especially liked how they interacted with the children throughout the party. I hope they keep up their enthusiasm!
