| As it is our first amendment right to publish what we believe to be true and accurate at the time of posting, we also want to keep you updated on changes that occur after our periodic postings.
Again, we wanted to thank you for the calls and many visits each day that we get on our site. As well as the many comments you have offered on the new owners of our old location since we have left. As well as the many complaints as to how some of the new owners have treated customers since taking over the space. We have unfortunately received many calls and complaints mistakenly about the new owners and how they treat their customers. IT IS FOR THOSE REASONS that we will maintain this site so as not to confuse their problems with the outstanding services you have enjoyed from our staff while we operated at the location.
Recent events:
We were sent a letter from the property management's attorneys to let us know that in fact another company has taken over the space and is operating that space currently.
They also wanted us to remove any references about the location and photos of their location that can be clearly be seen from the public roads in an attempt help the new company occupying the space live off the good will and buisness practices we have created.
*** The new owner's have even started their own version of our Teen & "Tween" nights that we started with great success, we were the first to introduce these nights to the location and the area. They have even gone so far as to attempt to duplicate our environment right down to setting up the DJ booth in the same location as seen in photos posted on their facebook account recently choosing to use very little originality in their layout as shown***
As we have mentioned earlier we have received many phone calls saying how the place has not been the same since we have left, and the disappointment associated with our closing our doors as we have back in June. One call even on how one child was refused a refund for 2 slices of pizza that were burned. We find this unfortunate and want to make sure people know that we are no longer in any way associated with the new owners that occupy the space.
We have offered on many occasions to sell our phone numbers and website so they could better manage their public relations, however time and time again they either did not return emails or calls back to us. We do not understand why they act as they do, so we will just assume this is how they want to run their buisness. We wish them luck, and from the feedback we have received they seem to really need it.
SO TO BE CLEAR: WE HAVE CLOSED OUR FACILITY "BOUNCE N PLAY" WITH THE US PARTY ZONE OF CENTER MORICHES.... WE ARE NO LONGER LOCATED AT 15 FROWEIN ROAD CENTER MORICHES, NY 11934.
The new owner's have chosen the name "Bounce N Play USA" and even maintained the same logo, OUR ESTABLISHED TEEN AND "TWEEN" NIGHTS and signs creating their own confusion to the general public.
