
Why Should I choose to have my party at Bounce N Play?
Because Bounce N Play is different. Bounce N Play is Long Island’s one-of -a-kind 10,000 square foot creative Indoor Family Fun Center designed for all ages. Our “Imagination Room” ignites children's creativity with dancing, karaoke, dress-up, a pretend ice cream shoppe & market, a Wii wall and arcade games. There is plenty of room in our toddler area for our younger guests to roam free and explore. While the older children can play Wii, arcade games, sing and dance in our karaoke room or play in our market or ice cream shoppe. And that is only when they are not doing activities with their personal “Party Pal”. Then everyone will head our “Bounce Room” which features 4 Huge Bouncers! There, the children and parents/caregivers will bounce all they want!! Until it is time to go into our celebration room for Pizza, Juice and dessert…
Did you say you have a Karaoke Room?
We Do, the only one on Long Island! With real microphones, a stage, lights, and cool songs so our guests can “rock out”. We even have songs the kids know by heart, so the little ones that can’t read can still “karaoke”.
How do I schedule a Party at Bounce n Play?
It’s so easy! You can book your party online, call and book over the phone or come in to our facility. But of course if you have any questions, we are just a phone call or email away!!
Do I need to leave a deposit when I book a Party?
Yes, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party.
What party goods are included with my party?
We include all the invitations, plates, napkins, cups, and utensils that are needed for your party. It is not necessary for you to bring anything. Themed party goods may also be added to your party at an additional charge.
Can I invite more than 14 guests?
Of course! Each additional guest is $12.95, 14.95 or $17.95 per guest depending on what party you have booked.
Is there a charge for parents or caregivers?
No, And they are always encouraged to play with the younger guests!
What time should we arrive for the party?
The Party parents should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to check in and go over the party details with the Party Pal.
Who needs to complete a waiver?
Parents or caregivers are required to fill out a waiver for all guests under 17 years old as per our insurance company policy.
What if a guest is under 1 year old?
We do not charge for any child under 12 months of age. However, they are not included in your party count and are not included for pizza & juice. All children 12 months or older are charged for and included in the party.
What happens if I invite a guest & they bring a sibling/cousin/friend that was not invited?
Because this situation has arisen quite often, we established our
“Uninvited Sibling Policy”…. Which is:
- Since all parties are private, siblings of invited guests over 12 months of age are not permitted to enter the play areas without paying an admission fee or being part of your guest count. It is at the party parent’s sole discretion to allow these uninvited guests into the party. Please notify us on how you would like Bounce N Play to address this situation should it arise during your party.
What should I do if this happens?
There are 3 options for you. Let us know which way you would like to handle this and we will be more than happy to handle it for you.
- Add any additional guests to your count. They will be included in your count for pizza, juice, cake and goodie bags.
- Do not allow them to enter into the party
- Allow them into the party, but their parent/caregiver must pay the $12.95 to allow them in. They will not be included for pizza, juice, cake or goodie bags.
When do I give you my final guest count?
Someone from our staff will call you 2-3 days before your scheduled party. They will ask you for your guest count and any extras you would like to add to your bash!
What happens if I have a count of 20 guests coming and only 18 show up?
You only pay for the additional amount of guests that show up over 14 that are included the party package.
Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
Unfortunately they are not able to play on the Bouncers, but they are welcome to play in the “Imagination Room!”
Can I increase my party time in any of the play areas or celebration room?
You can, for $75 per half hour of time. You may split the time up as you would like. Unfortunately, we may not be able to extend all party dates and times, please call for more information.
When we get into our assigned Celebration Room what happens?
This is when your Celebration Attendant and Party Pal serve your guests pizza and juice. When your guests are finished, the party pal and celebration attendant will clean up and get ready to sing happy birthday, then cut and serve the cake. Your assistants will then pack up the party child’s gifts and help you finalize any other details to complete your party.
Are socks required?
Guests that are participating are required to remove their shoes & have socks on their feet in our “Bounce Room”.
Will our party be supervised?
Each party has their very own “Party Pal”, to help our guests have the best party EVER! The “Bounce Room” has specific SAFETY attendants that are there to supervise our guests.
Can I request a specific Party Pal?
Of Course! We would be happy that you were so satisfied with a Party Pal that you would request them again. We will do everything possible to make sure that they are available for you!
Do parents need to stay at the party?
The party parent needs to, but guests’ parents do not need to stay. Please make sure they do leave an emergency # so we can contact them should the need arise.
Are tips included?
We do not include the tip because we feel tips are a personal choice and leave that up to you. Tips are always appreciated and welcomed by our staff.
Can I bring outside food or beverages to the party?
The only outside food permitted is if you choose to bring your own cake/cupcakes or dessert.
When should I order all the “Extras”?
Most extras can be added to your order when you book your party. They can also be added when we do your party confirmation or up to 3 days before your party date.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and decorations?
Yes! For your convenience, we also sell goodie bags and balloons. But you may bring them if you would like. We do not permit wall/ceiling decorations, streamers, or confetti.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
If you need to reschedule your party, we will need 7 days notice. The new date must be within 3 months of the original party date.
How many other parties will be sharing the “Rooms” when my party is there?
NONE! Our parties are totally private! We may have other parties using the other rooms in the facility, but there will never be another party in the same room that you will be in.
Are there other Bounce N Play locations?
No! Not yet. We are the only one. We are truly an original.
Are there any height, weight or age requirements?
Children must be a minimum of 36” tall go on the Obstacle Course or Slide without an adult. Other than that we have no other height, weight or age requirements. We allow everyone to Bounce N Play!
Are the Inflatables sanitized?
Yes, our facility is sanitized daily. All surfaces and toys included!
Is there anything else I need to bring beside the cake/cupcakes?
Just the party child and yourself! And get ready to have a Blast!!
